Across many commercial flooring projects, we supply and lay subfloors including rapid set screeds, smoothing compounds, liquid damp proof membranes and plywood substrates.

+30 years’ experience in preparing for a seamless finish. Typically, we lay 3mm screed on concrete subfloors or 6mm plywood over existing timber substrate.

We carry out full surveys on every project, reporting on moisture levels and site conditions to determine the best subfloor solution.

Do you have a product to accelerate drying times?

Yes, we can install a a variety of different moisture barriers.

Do you follow the latest health and safety regulations?

Yes, as members of the UK Contract Flooring Association we are fully compliant in all the latest health and safety regulations and are CHAS and Construction Online approved.

We regularly undertake staff training to ensure everyone is clear on how to work in a safe and responsible manner. For example:

All our fitters hold CSCS cards confirming their health and safety awareness and have qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in particular trade

Which subfloors can you supply and lay?

We can advise on the best subfloor product depending on the overall project needs.

Can you perform a subflooring assessment?

Yes, our experts can conduct a complete site survey to ascertain your flooring requirements.

Do you install liquid damp proof membranes?

Yes, we supply and lay liquid DPMs and moisture suppressants, across a range of projects.

Can you remove and dispose of old floor coverings?

Yes, we do this as part of our site preparation work and take pride in keeping work spaces tidy. Where possible, we recycle used carpet and vinyl flooring as members of Recofloor and Carpet Recycling UK to reduce landfill waste – a key sustainability challenge for the flooring industry.
